Practice Administrator
After working for many years in the corporate field, Monica wanted to have the flexibility to raise her kids while still having a career she enjoyed. Right about that time, her husband opened his dental practice and needed an office manager (what great timing). He asked for her help, and the rest is history!
Monica takes real pride in helping children get the best dental care possible. At the same time, she works hard to make the whole experience convenient and seamless for parents.
When Monica isn’t working, she loves being active with her Boy and Cub Scouts! If stuck indoors, she likes eating cheese and crackers while unwinding with a nice glass of wine (or two!).
Office Manager
Born and raised in California, Sara moved to sunny Florida in 2002. She is happily married and has a beautiful daughter.
No one enjoys a good challenge more than Sara. After spending most of her career in the medical field, she moved into dentistry and fully embraced her new career.
This new path is a perfect fit as Sara is a real people person who loves helping kids and their families enjoy a positive dental experience. Her compassionate and sensitive personality helps children relax and puts parents at ease too.
Outside of the office, Sara loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and kayaking. One day, she plans on traveling across the country in an R.V.
Billing Coordinator
I am proud to say I was born and raised in Cuba since 1989. I moved to Florida at the age of 10 with my loving mother. We moved to the beautiful city of Jensen Beach mid-2021. I love spending time with friends and family. I enjoy vacations, holidays, birthdays and skydiving.
Why did you choose dentistry?
Dentistry really choose me. I found myself with a couple toothaches, which was not a pleasant experience, and decided to learn and educate everyone on the importance of oral hygiene. In 2017 I joined and graduated from The Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches achieving my Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certificate. I started my career as a dental assistant, and eventually learned other fields in the industry, eventually becoming a patient coordinator which I enjoy very much.

Estefania is a true Florida girl, she loves spending time at the beach and hanging out with friends. Estefania loves to visit her family’s ranch in Mexico and considers shopping her number one hobby!

Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Stuart, FL, Erica is married and has two children, a boy and a girl. They all love to spend time together as a family, especially when going on adventures.
As a kid, Erica suffered a severe toothache from eating too much candy (we feel your pain)! Her childhood dental experience was so bad that it inspired her to choose a career in dentistry. Why? She not only wanted every child to achieve a happy and healthy smile (that no candy could spoil), but to have a positive experience too!
Being a dental assistant has allowed Erica to help children learn good oral habits while gaining a positive view of dentistry.
In her free time, Erica is an avid kickball player who loves to hang out and celebrate special evenings with her family.
