Office Manager
Monica has been married to our caring pediatric dentist (Dr. Matos) for more than 18 years! Together they have two very active boys whom she loves spending time with.
After working for many years in the corporate field, Monica wanted to have the flexibility to raise her kids while still having a career she enjoyed. Right about that time, her husband opened his dental practice and needed an office manager (what great timing). He asked for her help, and the rest is history!
Monica takes real pride in helping children get the best dental care possible. At the same time, she works hard to make the whole experience convenient and seamless for parents.
When Monica isn’t working, she loves being active with her Boy and Cub Scouts! If stuck indoors, she likes eating cheese and crackers while unwinding with a nice glass of wine (or two!).
Assistant Manager
Born and raised in California, Sara moved to sunny Florida in 2002. She is happily married and has a beautiful daughter.
No one enjoys a good challenge more than Sara. After spending most of her career in the medical field, she moved into dentistry and fully embraced her new career.
This new path is a perfect fit as Sara is a real people person who loves helping kids and their families enjoy a positive dental experience. Her compassionate and sensitive personality helps children relax and puts parents at ease too.
Outside of the office, Sara loves to spend time with her family and friends. She also enjoys reading, playing volleyball, and kayaking. One day, she plans on traveling across the country in an R.V.

Alexis has a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management. As a member of our front desk team, she puts this to good use while warmly welcoming everyone to our practice.
Alexis is an extremely hard worker who enjoys making people around her feel happy and positive. She also likes the everyday challenges and the non-stop learning that dentistry provides.
Alexis says the best part of her job will always be seeing children leave our office with happy smiles. She really enjoys working with our fantastic team to make sure this happens.
Outside of dentistry, Alexis likes to be with her family and friends. She especially enjoys spending time with her mother, whom she considers to be the strongest and most loving person she knows.

Maira was born in San Luis Obispo and raised in Paso Robles, CA. In 2017, she moved to Florida and could not be happier with her new home.
Maira joined our team after spending more than 12 years in the medical field. She wanted to use her extensive patient experience while continuing to help people, especially children.
Customer service is second nature to Maira, and you’re bound to notice that as soon as you call us or see her smiling face in our office. She loves working alongside our team and making your little one’s visits positively memorable.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Maira enjoying the outdoors, going to the beach, biking trails, weightlifting, and spending time with loved ones and family.

Andrea has a fascination with teeth that is almost too hard to describe. She has an amazing passion for dentistry.
She combines this passion with her happy and energetic personality to help children enjoy a dental experience they’ll never forget.
When she isn’t at the office or outdoors with her husband, Andrea likes to play video games. Even though she loves being around people, she loves the freedom of living in the mountains.
Dental Assistant
Born and raised in Stuart, FL, Erica is married and has two children, a boy and a girl. They all love to spend time together as a family, especially when going on adventures.
As a kid, Erica suffered a severe toothache from eating too much candy (we feel your pain)! Her childhood dental experience was so bad that it inspired her to choose a career in dentistry. Why? She not only wanted every child to achieve a happy and healthy smile (that no candy could spoil), but to have a positive experience too!
Being a dental assistant has allowed Erica to help children learn good oral habits while gaining a positive view of dentistry.
In her free time, Erica is an avid kickball player who loves to hang out and celebrate special evenings with her family.
Dental Assistant
Fayana is from Palm Beach, FL. Even though she loves dentistry, she has ambitions to enter the medical field as a pediatric nurse.
She loves working with children and is skilled at making them (and their parents) feel comfortable during every visit.
Educating children and their families on the importance of dental health is why she got into dentistry. Although Fayana takes this role seriously, she makes sure to have some fun along the way!
In her spare time, Fayana spends a lot of time with her family and friends. She loves hanging out with her mom and learning how to become a better person.
Dental Assistant
Risharma was born and raised in Florida, living in Port St. Lucie for most of her life.
Ever since she was little, Risharma has been fascinated by dentistry and knew early on that this was the right field for her.
She chose pediatrics because she loves working with kids. From their funny comments to little giggles, Risharma finds so much joy and happiness around them. We’re confident the feeling is mutual. Her personality is known to help children feel at ease and trusting during their dental visits.
Away from work, you’ll find her cooking and baking, and one day she would like to adopt.
Dental Assistant
Teresa is originally from Mexico but grew up in Washington State. She now lives in Florida with her amazing and loving husband.
At 15 years-of-age, Teresa needed extensive dental work but couldn’t afford the costly treatments. Luckily, her dentist was kind enough to offer her a job to help her pay for her procedures. This job changed her life!
She immediately fell in love with dentistry and pursued the goal of helping children take care of their oral health.
Teresa truly believes that education is the most powerful tool you can give someone. She strives to make genuine connections with each family while providing fun lessons on how to maintain good oral hygiene.
When Teresa isn’t working, you can find her traveling to historical places and learning about the outstanding people who changed the world!
Dental Assistant
Yoana has worked as a pediatric dental assistant for more than 12 years and has loved every second! Working with children and teaching them about oral hygiene is something she genuinely enjoys.
As a child, Yoana loved going to the dentist and taking care of her teeth. She chose dentistry as a career because she wanted to show children how fun dentistry can and should be.
She has a knack for making children and special needs patients feel comfortable and excited about their dental visits.
In return, kids tell her about their favorite things and make her laugh with the funny comments only kids can make.
Outside of the office, Yoana is known as “mom.” If she has some free time, she enjoys trying all different kinds of cuisines and listening to various genres of music.
